We have finally done most of our painting and decorating downstairs and are ready to post pictures. The whole house was white to start out with, we've done all the painting downstairs and still need to do the upstairs.

I didn't take pictures of the bedrooms and media room because there's not a whole lot to them right now. I'll leave that up to your imagination. We really haven't done a lot upstairs I'm sure we'll start painting bedrooms and such soon though.

These are the chairs I recovered. I love the way they turned out. This table was one of our garage sale finds along with the hutch behind it.

I can hardly contain my excitement, this weekend we stained an old antique dining room table and chairs we'd gotten at a garage sale and they look fabulous, but that's not even the best part. I have been extremely excited to pick out the fabric to recover the chairs with. I have now ordered it and now I just have to sit here and wait for it to come in! I've been wanting an excuse to order some cute new fabric, not just any fabric, but the really special kind that you feel like you need a special occasion or some fabulous project for. It can't be waisted on just any old project. These chairs finally gave me that special project so here it is. Our new chair will be covered with this beautiful fabric...

...and I'm going to make couch throw pillows out of these two lovely fabrics.

Due date

I've taken matters into my own hands and decided to change my due date. Dec. 25th was just too far. So now we're going with Dec. 18th, aw that sounds much nicer doesn't it?! Okay so I can't take all the credit my Doctor did okay it. Since Sadie was a C-section, this one will be too and they usually schedule those for a week before your due date so I've just now decided to make that official. No more christmas babies, the 18th is practically the middle of Dec., not the end phew! yeah, I can handle that. I just put up a baby ticker so you can all feel like you're going through this with me, counting down the days. ps. this little girl is a serious kicker, I think we've got a soccer player in here.
