Update on Nursing Covers

I've finally posted some of my nursing covers on a website called Etsy. It's similar to ebay but more for crafty things. Check out my posting, here's the link. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=5659639
I've named my little business venture, Sadie Baby. I am also going to sell my covers at a craft show this summer with a friend of mine. She has been selling baby blankets and all sorts of fun baby stuff for several years now and knows all the ins and outs of craft shows. If that one goes well then we're also going to do one in September. I'm very excited about that, now I just need to start sewings lots of nursing covers! Annie's been putting together a flyer for me that I can give out to help advertise. It looks great so far now I just need to finish it up. Things are coming together, now I just need people to buy these covers.

Sittin' Sadie

Here she is! She's finally mastered sitting this week. She still topples every once in a while, but for the most part she's very sturdy!

All the fun we've been having....

Two weeks ago Ryan and I took some fun trips, he went to Peru while Sadie and I went to California. California was the best! I had such a great time. It was a much needed break from the dreary Wisconsin winter. We went to the San Diego Zoo, spent a day relaxing on the beach, shopped, and did all sorts of crafty projects! Kristen Kissell and her very adorable Kate flew in from Arizona. It was so much fun seeing Kristen again. We reminisced about the good old college days. It's hard to believe how much our lives have changed since then. Kate showed us all of her tricks, giving great open mouthed kisses, saying mamma, and sitting like a pro. I was crossing my fingers that some of Kate's wonderful sleeping habits would rub off on Sadie. No such luck yet, we're still hoping. Here are a few pictures from my trip.
