Halloween

This year the girls were princesses.  Sadie was Belle and Piper was Snow White.  Sadie thought she was just the most beautiful princess around and Piper didn’t want anything to do with her costume or picture taking.   They sure looked cute that’s for sure!

Trick or treating.  Sadie loved all the spooky houses and Piper tried her very hardest to say trick or treat…..but it was really more of a funny unrecognizeable jumble of sounds.

We didn’t get around to carving our pumpkin until the day after Halloween.  We were still in a festive mood so it counts.

I love this time of year when one holiday runs into the next and you always have something exciting to look forward to.  The anticipation of the holiday is really just about as good or better than the actual holiday.   I’m already incredibly excited to go to the ranch for Thanksgiving and then Christmas at my parents.  Getting together with the whole family is always one of my VERY favorite things.
