4 months!

Piper is 4 months old, crazy how time flies. She is such a pleasant little baby these days. Here are the stats from the Doc

10lbs 13oz less than 5%
24" long 25-50%
15 1/2" head 10%

She's small but at least she's proportioned! He wasn't worried at all about how small she is since she is still following her growth curve well.

A few days ago she figured out how to roll from her back to her belly and now does it almost everytime I put her down. She gets so frustrated when she can't make it all the way over to her belly and will try and try until she gets it or until mom rescues her. She hasn't quite figured out how to get back to her back and doesn't love her stomach so we'll see how long it takes her to figure out that it isn't such a grand idea to keep flipping over. She just loves the thrill of going over despite the consequences

She...

-loves to shove her hands in her mouth. Both of them at once.
-dad can get the best giggles out of her
-is getting so much better at falling to sleep on her own. No more endless rocking!
-is addicted to her binky and can't fall asleep w/out it
-content and happy when she's awake

She makes us all so happy and we are so happy she's 4 months old and over all that crazy fussiness. Life finally feels normal again and I feel like I'm in controll of this little one instead of the other way around. and that is something to celebrate!

Oh, we miss little Pipes. What a little beauty. And look how strong she is! I can't believe our girls are already 4 (actually Claire's 5 today) months old.

Also, the girls and I ended up stopping off in Vegas and will be here for another week. We will definitely have to play when we finally head back though!

She is such a tiny petite little girl!! I bet Shaeffer would look like a giant next to her! I can't wait to see you guys. PS I really like the pillow in the picture, I'm guessing you probably sewed it yourself Ms. Martha Stewart :)
